International Orders
Muddy Water now ships to following select international destinations. - Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines.
Write to us at support@muddywater.in if you want the products shipped to a different country.
You can pay using any International Cards through RazorPay payment options or through your PayPal account.
Follow the process below to place your international orders if paying through PayU India:
- Add items to the cart and Proceed to Checkout.
- In the Checkout Page, fill in all details.
- When entering phone number, ensure the number has WhatsApp activated. Create an account and login for a better experience.
- You will see PayU India under Payment.
- Click on Pay Now. This will open the payment page.
- Click on PayPal under Other Payment Options.
- Choose a Currency from the list and click on PayPal.
- Enter details to log in to PayPal and follow steps as directed to make the payment.
- If you do not have a PayPal account or prefer paying through Cards, click on Pay with debit or credit card, and follow the steps as directed to enter card details and make the payment.
- An order confirmation email with all order details will be sent to the email/WhatsApp number provided by the customer.
2. Once the transaction is complete, we will proceed to prepare and ship your order. You will receive the order tracking details in your email. Alternatively, you can track your order here – Track Order. Or connect with us on WhatsApp at +91-9990156633 for any further information.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
For most of our international customers, the answer is no! Many countries have a "De Minimis" threshold—a value limit below which your personal skincare order is allowed to enter the country completely free of import duties.
To help you shop with confidence, here is a quick guide to the duty-free limits in the countries we currently ship to:

Important Note:
- International delivery times may vary from 7-15 days depending on the location.
- All international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms.
- *The INR equivalents listed above are approximate and subject to daily exchange rate fluctuations.
- These limits include the total value of your products plus the shipping cost. If your total order value exceeds the limit listed for your country, your local customs authority will hold the package until applicable import duties and taxes are paid. Muddy Water is not responsible for these local government charges.
Shipping Charges
In the event of weight more than 0.5Kg (minimum charged), an additional delivery fee as applicable will be charged and an updated invoice will be shared. This invoice must be paid before the order can be shipped.
